How it works

Our referral program rewards individuals who introduce new clients (buyers or sellers) to AlegriaTeam.
If the referred client completes a real estate transaction with us, the referrer receives 25% of AlegriaTeam’s commission (our commission typically ranges between 3% and 5% of the property value).

 

Who can participate

Anyone can join the program—private individuals, investors, partners, or companies.
No exclusivity or minimum number of referrals required.

 

How to refer

1. Introduce us to a person interested in buying or selling a property in Portugal.

   • Email, WhatsApp, or a direct introduction — any format is valid.

2. We register the lead under your name.

3. If we successfully complete the purchase or sale with that referred client you receive 25% of our earned commission.

 

Payment process

To receive the referral fee:

• The referrer simply needs to issue an invoice (“fatura/recibo”) to AlegriaTeam or to the company entity responsible for the commission.

• Once the invoice is received, payment is made promptly by bank transfer.

 

Fair use rules

• The referral must be introduced before we have any prior contact with the client.

• The referral reward is paid only once per client, at the moment the transaction closes.

• In case of multiple referrers, the reward is given to the person who made the first verified introduction.

• Commission percentage may vary depending on property and agreement, but your 25% share is calculated from whatever commission we receive
